This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed with AirLit are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Shipping Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 2pm (UK time) may be processed the following business day.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as promotions or holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Shipping availability is shown at checkout. If your country does not appear, we are unable to ship to that location at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders:

Prices displayed at checkout do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local fees unless otherwise stated.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

AirLit is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the order being returned or destroyed by customs authorities. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped, where supported by the carrier.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.
Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the customer.
AirLit is not responsible for:

Delays caused by postal services or carriers

Lost or delayed packages once marked as delivered

Weather, customs, strikes, or other events beyond our control

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us with your order number.
While we will assist in contacting the carrier, AirLit is not liable for packages marked as delivered but not received. This is consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:

Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
