Returns Eligibility
In accordance with our Terms of Service and UK consumer law, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery provided that:

The item is unopened

The item remains in its original sealed packaging

The item is returned in the same condition it was received

Proof of purchase is provided
Due to the hygienic nature of nasal strips, opened or used products are excluded from return.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Hygiene & Sealed Goods Exception
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and as stated in our Terms of Service, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons are exempt from the right to cancel once unsealed.
This applies to all AirLit nasal strip products where the seal has been broken.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, in line with our Terms of Service.
Please include:

Clear photographic evidence of the issue
If approved, AirLit will, at its discretion:

Replace the item at no additional cost, or

Issue a full refund, including standard delivery charges
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider
AirLit is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law

AirLit is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Approved returns should be followed by placing a new order.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
